Silver Sunrise Freshwater Pearl Shell Necklace
A rare little shell found during my travels to the Canary Islands.
Nodipecten magnificus, commonly known as a scallop, molluscs that have laterally compressed bodies enclosed by a shell consisting of two hinged parts!
This shell has been cast in recycled 925 sterling silver to really show the natural details of both sides of this shell and tucked inside is a little freshwater pearl, hung on an 18inch 925 sterling silver chain. Choose from a 16, 18, 20 or 22 inch chains.
The shell measures 14mm x 14mm.
All jewellery comes in a small gift box (this may differ from gift box in photograph).
